Try to simplify code where changes were already required. E.g. instead of using sampling of standard distribution just call rand::random() since it does the same thing. Same goes with using rand::r...

Ok, currently having a debate about publishing an “unmaintained” notice to the trust-dns crates after the hickory rebranding.

Question, how many people use `cargo audit —deny` vs. just `cargo audit` in CI?

Is it appropriate to publish the “unmaintained” status to the trust-dns crates, and will that cause breakages for people who are using older versions that don’t want to update to the most recent version (for stability reasons, release cycles, etc). Thoughts?

Trust-DNS with the help of ISRG and their #Prossimo project is being rebranded to Hickory DNS, I wrote about why here: https://bluejekyll.github.io/blog/posts/announcing-hickory-dns/

I'm really excited about all of this as I think this little #DNS project I started 8 years ago is going to become even better than it already is today. Trust-DNS is now #HickoryDNS.
