Manche Versender lassen mich nicht an die Packstation senden (DHL) oder an den Kiosk um die Ecke (Hermes). Egal, ich leite es dann um. Das geht nicht bei Briefsendungen, verstehe ich. Aber:

- Warum bieten manche Versender die Packstation nicht an?
- Wieso ist die Umleitung manchmal nicht möglich: können die Versender das verbieten.
