CLondoner92 (New Account)🆕🚌 Alexander Dennis has delivered five Enviro200 single-decker buses to #Herefordshire operator Sargeants Bros in a repeat order linked to ongoing fleet expansion. The 8.9m, 30-seat buses with seatbelts will operate local services from the firm’s new Hereford depot, opened on 13 April.
The vehicles feature real-time passenger information, twin display screens and induction loops for hearing-impaired users, meeting PSVAR requirements, and carry Sargeants’ traditional red livery.
The order follows the operator’s first Enviro200 in 2025, with more now in service. Managing director Matt Evans cited suitability for rural routes, fuel efficiency and strong aftersales support as key factors.
Sargeants Bros operates around 45 buses across Herefordshire and #Powys. Since its 2019 acquisition, the fleet has grown significantly alongside expanded routes and investment in staff and technology. Alexander Dennis welcomed the repeat order and continued partnership.
