Sometimes at night, Henry gets restless (he’s a night owl like his mama). When he’s restless, he tries to get my attention and/or entertain himself by pulling things off the side table next to my chair. I got a couple videos to show how silly and adorable he is. He’s such a ham.

Henry sleeping in the crook of my arm after a long, exhausting day (consisting of a.m. zoomies, sunbathing, 1st breakfast, nap, snuggles, nap, 2nd breakfast, solo bathing, nap, play time, nap, snuggles, sunbathing, nap, 1st dinner, mutual bathing, 2nd dinner, nap, wrestling, nap, p.m. zoomies, nighttime snack, nap, snuggles, treat, bedtime). What a day.
Today’s 3 good things (#cat edition):
- my cats are cuddling with me in bed, occasionally trying to catch my toes or breaking into purrs.
- thankful for a vet that is gentle & understanding with Henry, even though he can be a pain during exams and procedures.
- I love watching my cats stretch out in front of the fireplace. They seem to love basking in the warmth, and that makes me happy.

Today’s 3 good things:
- mailed out 2 packages of pumpkin bread for family, which will arrive before Christmas.
- my girl kitty Diamond discovered that she does in fact love Churu, after previously refusing to acknowledge its existence. It was good to see her so happy.
- some of my outdoor garland fell down in the wind yesterday. No strands were broken though, and I was able to rehang it.

Today’s #3GoodThings, cat addition:
- gave Henry his last dose of oral meds (we’re all very glad to be done with it)
- Henry & Diamond have been unusually clingy & wanting to sit/lay on me more than usual. As if they sensed I was feeling down & knew I needed cuddles.❤️
- Diamond brings a toy upstairs almost every night & yowls loudly until I acknowledge & praise her for it. So proud!

Sadly, a land shark has claimed another one of Diamond’s footsies. Prior to this video, I had an extensive conversation warning her of the perils of hanging her footsie out willy nilly. She scoffed and called me paranoid. Not two minutes later, this terrible event occurred, captured on video by an innocent bystander. You can spot Henry in the background aghast with concern. However will she ever recover?!? 😩
