Between April 5-24th, 2023 the heliacal rising of the brightest star in the Phoenix constellation occurs.
Ankaa (Alpha Phoenicis) is a spectroscopic binary star located in the head or neck of the Phoenix, found at the zodiacal longitude of 15°49' tropical Pisces, 20°45' sidereal Aquarius.
Ankaa's reappearance in eastern horizon in the predawn hours signals cyclic changes and the restoration of life.
