Today, the World Bank is hitting new levels of capitalist cynicism by publishing a report with the title "Climate Investment Opportunities in India's Cooling Sector".

The real message is that India will soon experience heat waves beyond the human survival limit.

"Around 160 - 200 million people could be exposed to lethal heat waves as early as 2030 in India annually."
