I guess this speaks for itself. Not a surprise, really. Sort of like Grateful Dead space-music interludes during live shows, which gave a similar chance to those so inclined.

Stephen Hill: "In retrospect, even though I had a natural attraction to contemplative sound experiences, it's clear that marijuana, mescaline, LSD, and other psychoactive, perception-enhancing drugs drove the musicians, the audience, my original co-producer, Anna Turner, and me in this direction...." Just learned he was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2016 💜

In an October 21, 2024 blog post, he writes:

"...I’d been dealing with the slow deterioration of my voice for almost ten years. Originally I attributed it to age, but in 2016 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, a common neurological disease that also affects voice quality."
