On Friday morning I learned the results of my hearing test. Looks like I now have some age-related hearing loss similar to an average person in their 70’s. Doctor said with my history of going to a lot of concerts, I’m fortunate to make it this far w/o noticeable hearing loss.

It’s mostly the higher frequency tones and midtones I am showing loss for. Low tones ok. No need for hear aids or any AT yet and once a year exams now. He did say since my hearing loss came on suddenly, at the NIN concert mid-September, I might regain some over time.
