Milder weather is supposed to arrive today.

Oddly, the most winter-like weather we’ve had all winter has been the last few days. Yet, we’ve had a lot of moisture, which is more like April.

Nothing is predictable about our weather the last couple of years.

Went to the gym yesterday for the first time in a few months, still managed to do the same sets as before, felt great afterwards 💪

Fast forward to today where I just tried to walk down some stairs and AAAARGH 😖

It’s our last day of winter before a heatwave arrives. Whatever.

Maybe spring will be kinder. I think I need to regroup in a different season, and official spring is right around the corner anyway.
