Here is why you should open your #windows whenever you can. On the left, is 2:05 PM when I’ve had the windows closed all day, the #CO2 levels in the house are high, indicating poor #ventilation. Now swipe to the right image, the levels have dropped to a third after leaving the windows open for over 2 hours, indicating excellent ventilation. High CO2 levels indoors can cause various #health issues including #tiredness, #headaches, #eye #irritation, #dizziness and/or #difficulty #concentrating, so please check your levels inside your house. I borrowed this CO2 monitor as well as an #AQI monitor from my local #library

Ugh, I’ve been getting so many sinus headaches this spring, and only Zicam nasal swabs seem to help (and practically no one sells those anymore). 😩

Thought of the day :

I've known people who said that pigeons are like flying rats, spreading diseases (and they were continuing their rant like about balconies full of pigeon faeces).

So how can we humans achieve peace if not for respecting pigeons ? Or are pigeons and white doves completely different animals ? 🤔 Asking for a friend.
