«An agreement has been reached to cease fire between the Syrian government and the Syrian Democratic Forces under a comprehensive agreement, with an understanding on a gradual process to integrate military and administrative forces between the two sides. The agreement includes the withdrawal of military forces from contact lines, the entry of Internal Security Forces affiliated with the Ministry of Interior into the centers of the cities of #Hasakah and #Qamishli, and the start of the process of integrating security forces in the region. It also provides for the formation of a military division comprising three brigades from the Syrian Democratic Forces, in addition to the formation of a Kobani brigade within a division affiliated with Aleppo Governorate»
