We were full, but we couldn’t resist a new brewery, and I’m glad we made ourselves fat and bloated. Dead Language Beer Project in Hartford, CT makes some of the best lagers and rauchbiers I’ve ever had.

Redding Beer Company, Caius Farm Brewery (Branford), and East Rock Brewing Company (New Haven) have some competition in the “let’s not have six NEIPAs on tap” brewing space!
