Harris County officers early Friday morning apprehended a jail inmate who escaped custody from the Harris County Criminal Justice Center on Thursday evening. 35-year-old Joshua Nigel Sanders was located, tased and arrested by officers around 3 a.m. Friday in a relative's house.
