The leadership of the Islamic Emirate has met with the governors of the northwest and northeast zones, the Council of Scholars, the Chief Justice of the Appeals Court, elders, and religious scholars.
According to a statement by the Deputy Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, Molla Mohammadullah Fathullah, the leader of the system issued necessary directives and guidance to the attendees of the meeting on avoiding differences and disputes.
He stated that disunity and disagreement undermine the strength of Muslims and provide the enemy with opportunity for interference and manipulation.
Addressing the responsible officials, the leadership of the Islamic Emirate said they should strive to fulfill their assigned responsibilities effectively and justly.
He added that the general amnesty in the country is intended to prevent acts of revenge and to establish peace and stability in Afghanistan.
The leader of the Islamic Emirate also addressed the scholars, saying they should endeavor to resolve grievances between people and prevent them from being passed down to future generations so that they do not become involved in killings.

د اسلامي امارت زعیم علماوو ته هم په خطاب کې ویلي، د خلکو تر منځ د بدیو د حل هڅې دې وکړي او راتلونکو نسلونو ته دې په میراث نه پرېږدې، څو هغوی په قتلونو کې ښکېل نه شي.

The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation’s Meteorological Department has forecast rain, thunderstorms, electrical storms, and flooding in 16 provinces of the country for tomorrow, Thursday.
According to a statement from the ministry, there is a high probability of heavy rainfall and flooding in Badakhshan, Takhar, Kunduz, Panjshir, Baghlan, Samangan, Bamyan, Sar-e Pol, Khost, Paktia, Logar, Kunar, Nuristan, Laghman, Kapisa, and Nangarhar provinces tomorrow.
Sources added that the rainfall level in various areas of these provinces is expected to range from 10 to 30 millimeters.
The ministry has also issued a warning for strong winds, dust devils, and dust storms in the central, northern, eastern, southern, and western provinces, noting that wind speeds will range from 50 to 90 kilometers per hour in various areas.

A well-equipped library, housing two thousand diverse military, political, historical, social, cultural, and other books, has been opened at the Garrison Command of the 209th “Al-Fath” Corps.
According to a press release from the 209th “Al-Fath” Corps, the library, which can accommodate dozens of personnel for study at a time, was inaugurated today by Maulawi Abdul Aziz Ansari, the Corps’ Director of Education.
The press release also states that officials emphasized the value of books and reading at a ceremony held for the occasion and invited personnel to read.
