I don’t feel like I have a lot to say about Harold and the Purple Crayon, because there isn’t a lot here. I’m a little amazed that someone thought this movie was worth spending $40 million on, presumably in the hopes that the CGI animation would distract people from the fact that the story is hollow as can be. Sure, imagination is great and it’s important to bring happiness into the world.
