Most states don't care or want to spend time doing caring about people home or elsewhere. #Extractions

And caring will always #undermine / change their #power #perspectives #capturing people / #monopoly / #trafficking etc.

All people come with mental baggage and historical war residue which many can't accept or want to help with

#SoftWar is harder to see than #HardWar)

Yes save people from #war but soft war is not great at solving things long-term.
