Finally completed Hardspace: Shipbreaker.

Played on career mode, oxygen and fuel were no problem after a few upgrades.

Could have completed it sooner but I wanted to see if there's more talk between other shipbreakers or plot twists so I went for highest rank.

I gave no data collection permission since I don't know exactly what data is being collected, and that meant no achievements for me.

Good game, will probably play again later.

Man I love the theme of hardspace shipbreaker: unionization and industrial action. Genre being dystopian scifi settiperfect ng is a match. tbh the story didn't really involve the pc that much, mostly just being dragged along with no input.

The last mission felt really good; blasting apart ships that I used to carefully take apart for maximum monetary salvage value.

It's also scary to see how the techology to revive workers being killed in salvaging accidents can be used by one of the antagonists to just kill the crew for fun.

Gameplay wise it's straightforward, use your tools, take apart the ship, earn money and stuff, upgrade your tools. There are many ways to take apart the ship, and there are several salvages that I keep blowing up. Still need to figure them out and keeps me wanting to go back to experiment.

8/10 game, have to consider uninstalling else I would just keep playing.
