Tình trạng xuống cấp nghiêm trọng này kéo dài nhiều năm, gây nguy hiểm cho phương tiện lưu thông và ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả vận chuyển hàng hóa tại cảng lớn nhất phía Nam.
