Plastic Meat es una banda de Madrid formada por cuatro sospechosos habituales de la escena local de La Capital, músicos que saben perfectamente de qué va esto y no vienen a perder el tiempo.

Su música se mueve entre el punk más crudo y el high-energy rock’n’roll: canciones cortas, rápidas y afiladas, hechas para ir a degüello. Temas directos a la yugular, impulsados por una voz urgente, riffs de guitarra incendiarios y una sección rítmica que empuja sin frenos. Nada sobra, nada se disimula.

Páramo de Masa es una banda de música con influencias de screamo y post-hardcore, integrada por músicos con trayectoria en formaciones como Sierra Nevada, Medussa o El Gobierno.

Carajo Baby + Motherless

Carajo Baby es un grupo de indie-rock compuesto por Álvaro (voz y guitarra), Miguel (bajo) y Teixi (batería).

El sonido de la banda madrileña tiene influencias de Karavana, Carolina Durante y Led Zeppelin.

Han publicado dos EP: "Okay, vale" (2024) y "Peor Era Parar" (2025).

Motherless. Banda de Punk-Hardcore con temas propios y covers de la escena punk internacional (dos temas propios en redes y varios covers subidos), que apuestan por una escena movida típica del punk con canciones rápidas y fuertes con influencias en Black flag y Title Fight, además de sus temas propios como el que tienen subido a plataformas “Self Destruction”. Algunos de sus conciertos más destacados son su debut en la sala Niágara y sus diferentes conciertos en el Rock Beer the New, la sala New Moon de Torrelavega y varios conciertos en Bilbao.  @motherless.band.

Straight edge hardcore legendes BOLD komen samen met nieuwe garde bands CONTENTION en CLIQUE. BOLD was eind jaren '80 in New York samen met bands zoals Youth of Today en Side by Side verantwoordelijk voor de youth crew beweging: energieke melodieuze hardcore punk vol idealistische thema's (vaak straight edge en vegetarisch). De band kreeg een legendarische status (mede doordat leden verder ging in bands zoals Shelter, Quicksand en Into Another) en midden 2000s kwam de band af en toe weer bij elkaar en speelt heel af en toe shows.

DEAF CLUB (USA) + SEEIN' RED + SERVALS

Lieve mensen, gelieve uw veiligheidsgordels stevig vast te maken want er is een sonische wervelwind op komst met de naam DEAF CLUB.

Bovendien is dit zomaar een clubje gehoorstoorden maar een groep samengesteld uit leden van gekende bands als The Locust, Dead Cross en ACxDC. De kenner weet dan ongeveer wel uit welke hoek deze geluidsstorm waait, een explosieve mix van hardcore punk, grindcore en powerviolence zal uw deel zijn.
Luister even naar de laatste plaat van Deaf Club op Southern Lord 'We Demand a Permanent Sate of Happiness' (NIET op Spotify wel op BANDCAMP) en plan alvast je molenwieken op dit spijkerbed van D-beat, sci-fi grindcore en chaotische hardcore.

Dit staaltje teringherrie is bovendien ook nog politiek geladen dus deze muzikale agressie staat ook nog eens voor maatschappelijk bewustzijn, iets wat we alleen maar kunnen toejuichen. Kneiterhard rammen voor een betere wereld. Let's hope so...

Siked om de (deels) pensionados van Neerlands hardste band ook op de planken te hebben. SEEIN' RED is al decennia lang uncompromised hc punk met het hart op de juiste plek. Een parel voor de Nederlandse underground scene. Live nog altijd, ja, gewoon kneiterhard! Zo wil ik ook wel oud worden..

Opener is het Hilversumse Servals, een band die de mosterd haalt bij noise bands als Drive Like Jehu, Unwound en Fugazi. Dynamische post hardcore met duizelingwekkende noisy gitaren.

Haven't done one of these in like a month. Been getting into a hardcore genre called powerviolence lately. It's hard, fast, loud, and a couple of times now has driven away some hicks who congregate under my porch from the shitty pop-country bar next door. Needless to say, I'm into it.

## Band of the Week: Mescaline Maniacs

From Sacramento, California, Mescaline Maniacs exude both power and violence. Their song Kill the Whites on the album Give Me My Face Back starts off with "Kill the fuckin' whites! Let's stomp these cracker fucks!" followed by a two quick "eeeeugh"s. Then there's about 40 seconds of "kill the whites" alternately squealed and growled, sometimes together, from the two singers in the band with some more "eeugh" for flair. It all ends with an audio clip I'm unfamiliar with warning someone that whatever they're carrying had better be food cuz they're about to eat it.

It's violent angry rage aimed at the global minority who runs our world. Unlike their boot licking worshipers would have us believe it is not in fact "the Jews".

Just a note for after my inevitable death at a Mescaline Maniacs show: I volunteered. Because there's no way I'm missing out the next time these mfers come to town. Kill me, it'll be a good way to go.
