My egg customers are kinda flakey. Either they want way more eggs than I have on hand or they all go for a month without calling. 🙄 Freezing eggs today. Over the easter weekend I will have a houseful so they will all get used up then anyway. Silicone muffin liners changed the game for freezing eggs. So easy, freeze then pop them out, and quickly get back into the freezer double wrapped. Each egg is individual so easy for whatever you are cooking or baking. 🐔 🐓
