SusanHRWell #Today I am going to try my hand at perogen. I have never made them before. But my Baba used to. I can remember holding one with both hands (probably because I was very small) and loving every bite. So #tonight it will be Perogen and tzimmes for dinner Day 7 #chanakah #HappyChanuka #hanukkah
Sadly, they did not turn out as good as Baba's. (Surprise!) But with the sauce for the Tzimmes they were ok.
Next year I will make them with white flour. LOL
