Yhteensä me ollaan maksettu jotain 6000 €, kun omakotitalosta on jo ns. korjausvelkaa. Takaisin tulee pari tonnia. Tai vähän yli, ehkä käytännössä mätkyjä pienentää. Mut on tää silti edullista asumista neliöihin nähden. Kerrostalossa ei olisi ilmalämpöpumppua viilentämässä kesäisin ja vastikkeet silti maksettava.
