Watching #HankGreen 's latest video talking to a security researcher about anthropic's mythos and all I hear is "we've made an AI that creates problems only AI can solve", finally.
We've created the actual torment nexus.
Great job everybody!
A comment from #HankGreen on the #NASA #Artemis2 #moon mission:
> People are like, "Why haven't we been back to the Moon, its been 50 years".
> And it is not that we're late now, It is that we were early then.
> The fact that we were able to go to the moon with 1960's technology is unfathomable.
Completely agree Hank.
He goes on to say
> Its kind of wonderful to me that the earthrise photo was a bit of a mistake and they had to scramble to get that colour film in to the camera.
in the context of the solar eclipse, something that only happened by good fortune thanks to the launch happening on 1st April.

Explaining the Most Important Artemis II Photos

Phenomenal commentary on the photography from Artemis II. I don't watch a lot of videos (and when I do it's usually for practical purposes and I often put them on at 1.5x, 2x speed...) but I sat through this whole thing as it is. Wonderful, in the truest sense of that word. Full of wonder.
EDIT: A note that the first comment under the video includes some updates/corrections from Hank Green!

With #Artemis2 we should've disposed of all the scientific pretence and just said that we were going back to the moon to get better photos.

Put on your spacesuit, sit back, and let Hank Green take you along this beautiful ride. We have the right to feel amazed and content when things like these happen.
