so I finished the first season of #InterviewsWithMonsterGirls and I'm not sure if I like it. I don't think I hate it but I'm not sure if I like it. I'm mildly concerned maybe I just don't like #sliceoflife anymore? could that be it?
maybe after #DanDaDan I'll dial-in another SOL and make sure I'm not going crazy. I think I did like it more than #HandymanSaitouinAnotherWorld which started off much better but really trailed into disconnected vignettes
#animangafoundit At first sight, Lafanpan the fairy seems as though she is simply greedy, but in reality she is cursed to make an offering of gold coins to her goddess every full moon or she will shrink to nothing!

It's a decent isekai #anime but the wild shifts in tone were jarring. Saitou struggles through existential crisis but there's also dick jokes galore. The show doesn't seem to know what kind of show it wants to be.
Each episode is made up of a lot of vignettes, so even if one joke doesn't "land," at least it's over quick and then it's on to the next.
I laughed more than I expected but I won't revisit this one ever.
