Thank you for my Iranian friends who have helped me and other Finnish people to gain better understanding of the situation.

Yhdysvallat romutti Iranin demokratian vuonna 1953, kun demokraattisilla vaaleilla pääministeriksi valittu Mohammad Mossadegh syrjäytettiin CIA:n ja Britannian tiedustelupalvelun toimesta. Mossadegh syrjäytettiin, sillä hän halusi kansallistaa Iranin öljyteollisuuden, joka oli tuolloin brittiläisten yhtiöiden hallussa. Hänen tilalleen asetettiin autoritäärinen kuningas Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. Tapahtumat johtivat islamistiseen vallankumoukseen ja teokraattisen järjestelmän perustamiseen vuonna 1979.

Looking at recent history, it is clear that Western interventions in the Middle East have consistently led to greater instability and conflict. Now, once again, the USA and Israel have launched a war—this time against Iran—claiming it is to “liberate” the Iranian people and protect the world from the Islamic regime.

Iranin kohtalo ei määritä vain hallintoa vastaan kamppailevien iranilaisten tulevaisuutta, vaan sillä on laajoja vaikutuksia koko alueeseen. Iran on yksi toimijoista, jotka tukevat länsimaiden toimesta kansanmurhan keskellä eläviä palestiinalaisia materiaalisesti ja poliittisesti.

Euroopan maiden tulisi tällä hetkellä puolustaa ihmisoikeuksia ja vastustaa israelin ja Yhdysvaltojen toteuttamia rikoksia ihmisyyttä vastaan. Sen sijaan EU ja Suomi käytännössä edelleen tukevat hirmutekoja. Olen häpeissäni, että näin on. Tämä on myös osaltaan johtanut tähän tilanteeseen, jota elämme nyt.

In less than a month since USA and Israel invaded Iran, at least 1,500 Iranians have been killed, including 200 elementary school students. The entire Middle East region has become destabilized, while the Iranian regime has responded with increased violence toward its own people and neighboring countries. USA and Israel are now explicitly threatening attacks on power plants, which will directly harm civilians and create a humanitarian catastrophe.

Suomen on vastustettava Yhdysvaltoja ja israelia sekä tuettava demokratian toteutumista Iranissa iranilaisten ehdoilla.

Finland has to support the international law and oppose USA and israel. The USA and Israel must end their invasion of Iran, and the Iranian regime must step down, allowing the Iranian people to freely choose their own government.

🇵🇸 50th anniversary of Land Day

🇵🇸 Land Day is a Palestinian national holiday celebrated annually on 30 March to commemorate the popular uprising that broke out in 1976 to protest against the confiscation of more than 2,100 hectares of agricultural land by the Israeli authorities in the regions of Galilee, the Triangle (Jenin, Nablus, Tulkarm) and the Negev.

🇵🇸 This day of remembrance is seen as a symbol of Palestinian unity, as Palestinians organised a general strike and mass rallies from the Galilee to the Negev, leading to bloody clashes with the occupying forces in which dozens of Palestinians were killed and dozens more injured. More than 300 Palestinians were arrested.

🇵🇸 Der Tag der Bodens ist ein palästinensischer Nationalfeiertag, der jährlich am 30. März begangen wird, zum Gedenken an den Volksaufstand, der 1976 ausbrach, um gegen die Beschlagnahmung von mehr als 2100 Hektar landwirtschaftlicher Flächen durch die israelischen Behörden in den Regionen Galiläa, dem Dreieck (Jenin, Nablus, Tulkarm) und dem Negev zu protestieren.

🇵🇸 Dieser Gedenktag gilt als Symbol der palästinensischen Einheit, da die Palästinenser einen Generalstreik und Massenkundgebungen vom Galil (Galiläa) bis zum Negev organisierten, was zu blutigen Zusammenstößen mit den Besatzungstruppen führte, bei denen Dutzende Palästinenser ermordet und weiter Dutzende verletzt wurden. Mehr als 300 Palästinenser wurden festgenommen.

Krieg? Welcher Krieg? Die USA haben dem Iran nie den Krieg erklärt. Es handelt sich um einen völkerrechtswidrigen Überfall, daher wird da übrigens auch nicht getötet, es wird gemordet. Und die Überschrift müsste heißen: Großbritannien unterstützt die USA beim völkerrechtswidrigen Morden im Iran.
