My newest #Samue jacket is ready to wear. The switched front flaps are due to my one-year inability to use my left arm. I need that front pocket on my right side. When I am well again, I will redo the tie structure and pocket placement for normal Japanese wear.

After several years of contemplating, I’ve finally altered my Patagonia jacket’s sleeves (which were too long and annoying) to fit me perfectly. The hardest part was undoing and removing the binding tape cloth from the sleeves. Now I will love wearing this well-loved jacket even more!
Repair time!
The magnetic clasp on my daughter's bag started to tear through, because it was only anchored on one side to a _very_ thin layer of fabric, so it's time for some embarrassingly over-sewed mending!

I've replaced the damaged section of the casing, but only minimal effort to beautify the rough outer edge. The goal here was to make it functional. Although if I had any tape like the rest of the seat back is finished with I might be tempted to do that, too 😂
Not Kona (a cat) this time! A porcupine spent the winter in our kayak and for some reason decided to snack on the seat back cover.

3/lots I have cut out some dress fabric: - with a toy like this which is playable I need to make the clothes robust and removable so I may make a full wardrobe for her. Changing clothes is a fun game.
