A rip-roaring little bit of Hammer adventure spectacle, The Viking Queen makes up for what it lacks in historical accuracy with very solid production elements and some decent performances, all things considered. This tale, loosely adapted from the real-life queen Boudica, sees the Iceni tribe in ancient Briton chafe against the yoke of Roman rule.
