There is also a planetarium (which cost a little bit extra and they are super sorry and excuse themselfs that it is only in japanese).
You can see the old projection system which is not used anymore.
There are additional maker stations which are enjoyed not only by childrrn as you can see ;)

Raced some children by producing electricity with a wheel.
Used a giant marble run.
Oh and children don't have tonuse boring steps. They can climb a red tower to reach all floors (sadly just for children).
Part 3
Tried to speed up my space mission by using black holes and was amazed how many companies are sponsoring the museum like in the sound department:
Yamaha, Kawai & Roland
Part 2
I shot a bottle rocket into the space ;)
Part 1
Before I left Hamamatsu I went to the science museum there.
Another amazing museum in Japan!
The stairs are used to explain different types of stones. The gentleman on the first floor was doing a mixture of a show and teaching lesson about magnetizem.
At the space section you have to work together with other visitors to achieve your goal in space!
The journey continues to the next city.
Next stop: Nagoya!
Part 4
Some other visitors came by for pictures and seashells.
Even the public toilet is fitted for the surroundings :)
