#Palestine / UN Warnings realized as aid distribution center in Gaza overwhelmed
The UN warned that distributing aid in large centers in Gaza would negatively impact humanitarian efforts and harm the most vulnerable.
A distribution center established by Israel and an American company was "overwhelmed" by tens of thousands of Gazans, who reportedly took all the food. The UN had criticized the plan, stating it would reduce aid operations and force people to travel long distances with heavy loads.
Aid agencies also argued the plan contradicts humanitarian principles by not being neutral, impartial, or independent from armed forces.
Or, in other words, #Israel obtained the exact visuals it needed to spin engineered starvation to misinformation about #Hamas allegedly looting the food Israel has been providing. Is there any doubt this statement by #Netanyahu was written in advance, waiting for these visuals?
[...] "the lie is that we have a policy of starvation in Gaza. When we provide aid trucks, Hamas steals them. What's left, they sell to citizens at crazy prices, and that's how they finance their new recruitment."
