Half Dome Spring
Yosemite National Park is truly a national treasure. No picture taken or painting painted that can capture the true beauty and feeling that one has when first visiting this magnificent National Park.
This was captured on a warm spring day. There is still a small trace of snow on top of and on the face of Half Dome and a small amount of snow in the shadows in the valley.

Winter in the Valley

Stoneman Bridge in Yosemite Valley is a popular spot for photographers and painters alike. Looking up to the Northeast the Merced River flows down from Happy Isle and crosses in Front of Half Dome. To the south you can follow the river down along the eastern walls of the valley.
