This #lovely little waterfall is over the Devil's Backbone Dam in the Antietam Creek, #Hagerstown, #Maryland [USA]. The dam, which dates from the early 19th century (when it was associated with flour milling) was restored in 2010.

According to Alert Berkeley, Intestate 81 North has been closed since 10am due to an accident just across the MD/WV line. It's now reported to be closed until 10pm and currently is backed up for 10 miles.
