#Nature supports this #truth. Animals do not hide their bodies, yet they are not constantly sexual. They are simply alive, eating, resting, moving. Only humans carry the belief that bare skin must lead to desire or embarrassment. That belief is learned, repeated, & reinforced. Letting go of it removes tension & returns us to a grounded way of being, where a human #body is no more scandalous than a #naked tree in winter.

In #ZenBuddhism, no-self (無我 muga) is realised through direct #experience, not just intellectual understanding. The #body is realised as being empty of self but fully present in each moment.

This #truth is embodied through #HadakaShinzenyoku. When practising #HadakaShizenyoku, the illusion of bodily identity dissolves. The #body is simply part of #Nature — moving, breathing, feeling the wind & sun, with no need to cling to a concept of “self.”
