We will be open from 19:30 until 22:00 to give folks who may be interested in what we do, and what facilities we can provide, a chance to come and have a look round and meet some of our members.
All are welcome. If you have ever wondered what we did to convert a derelict toilet into a hackspace, or what a "hackspace" is for that matter, come and have a look around.
If you like to create, make or craft things why not pay us a visit?
We have tools and equipment that cover a wide range of hobbies, crafts and technologies: woodwork, metalwork, electronics, laser cutting, vinyl cutting, sewing, 3D printing.....

Our (multi) #weekendproject is going great. It's also way more fun than expected. My first large scale sowing project 🥰

Next Weekend our #hackspace @bytewerk is going camping at the river Altmühl. We expect a lot of mosquitos attempting to eat us alive 🥺

Clearly we *need* to do some #upcycling out of 2 broken igloo tents to sow a gigantic igloo mosquito net.
It has a height of 2.95m and a floor space of 3.75m x 3.75m. It will fit 10 people and a table for our favorite social deduction game.

We have now created a hopefully easy way to support our hackspace, especially the hand soldering competition we offer every year at the Chaos Computer Congress, via Open Collective.
