New affordable townhomes announced for Greater Victoria
Habitat for Humanity and the City of Langford have partnered on a 26-unit townhome development. The homes, ranging from two to four bedrooms, will be available to qualifying families for mortgage rates no more than 30 per cent of their income.

Added a new bench tool to my shop today, something I've been thinking about adding for a while. Found this at the local Habitat for Humanity ReStore $10. Crusty and bit rusty, but it works fine and the motor is quiet at the proverbial mouse.
