There's an iconic graffiti on i-45 in H-Town that says very simply

BE SOMEONE

On an overpass. It's become a beloved part of the urban community here.

About five minutes further towards downtown, there's a billboard where people have graffiti'd "hey cutie" and "be someone". I saw these two sprays every time I had to go downtown before, for, and after my surgery. It became a comfort, like life was telling me "hey cutie, be someone you WANT to be."
