At 🇪🇺🇦🇺 #HRC61 side event we discussed the deteriorating human rights situation in the DPRK. While it seems an impenetrable wall built on decades of repression & isolation, we must continue to seek ways to engage meaningfully on human rights - we owe it to the people in the DPRK.
