Well I guess I won't be using the Motorola XPR 7550 at Head of the Charles since:
1. The ICS-205 changed.
2. The codeplug is a bitch to program.
3. I'm not really in the mood to hexedit the CPS so I can use 25khz...

Looks like I'll use the Yaesu FT-5D instead or maybe my Anytone 868.

Darn, and I just bought a nice carrying case for the 7550 and a genuine Motorola speakermic too.

Home from my 3 days of #HOCR volunteering. Report:
- There were no sightings of Sharks in the Estuary, but there was a Megalodon sighted
- For the safety launches, Friday was exciting (bad) saturday and sunday were much more boring (exceedingly good)
- Rampaging Bridge Crashers did not follow through with their promises
- I applied so much sunscreen, I believe I must be at least SPF 15 permanently now
- I have some photos of the river around sunrise I need to share

I’m revisiting the problem of taking a PDF or a scanned document and determining its structure (for example, where is the title, abstract, bibliography, where are the figures and their captions, etc.). There are lots of papers on this topic, and lots of tools.
