Australian fashion designer Katie Perry wins her High Court battle against international pop star Katy Perry in a long-running trademark case.

So, just heard a "rumor" that our local hospital (that today said they were cancelling surgeries) has been on trauma and stroke diversion for more than 24 hours before that (meaning no trauma or stroke patients were being sent there) because their stuff isn't clean. And that new supplies that were due at 0800 Monday still hadn't arrived 16 hours later.
