Hayward Is Home, Part 3: A Shoreline for All | Hayward Public Library
Between 1970 and 1990, a remarkable collaboration between citizens and government accomplished one of the most complex environmental restoration projects in history. This collaboration regained the publicβs access to the Hayward Shoreline and preserved a unique ecology.
