Although I have never placed at PSO, if there was an award for "Best Glow Up" from year-to-year, I think mine would win! I'm almost a little embarrassed to post this side-by-side, since the first year I competed I was horribly underprepared, but then I'd be a total hypocrite, as I'm all about celebrating mistakes and your pole learning journey.
