At the beginning of December, our doctoral researchers Clarissa Sabrina Arlinghaus and Lina Mavrina took part in the HAI Conference in beautiful Gothenburg❄️, where they were able to exchange ideas with other researchers on the topic of human-agent interaction.👥💬

#HAI2023

Interesting to see #personalization as a topic in human-robot interaction in Elisabeth Andre's keynote on social robots at #hai2023

And we continue #HAI2023 with the Interdisciplinary approaches in Human-AI interaction where I am going to present our extended abstract titled "From Corrective to Empowering Technologies: Integrating Critical Perspectives in Social Robotics for Autism".

First day of the #HAI2023 conference with workshops. This morning, Human Factors for Trusted Human Robot Collaboration and a really great talk from Tetsunari Inamura about the notion of self-efficacy, defined as the individual perception of how well one can successfully perform a task. Really interesting concept seemingly under studied in HRI though crucial for rehabilitaion, and I dare say collaboration in general. To keep an eye on!
