Quand j’ai écouté Pastorius pour la première fois, en 82, chez un disquaire londonien, j’ai pris une claque dans la figure. Je jouais un peu de basse, mais là je me suis dit : « Aïe, aïe, aïe ! » Alors j’ai acheté une Fender, mais il aurait fallu que je recommence mon apprentissage depuis le début… c’était un peu trop tard.

My other current favorite guitarist is Antoine Boyer. Brought up playing #GypsyJazz Boyer can literally play anything - from Bach to Samba. And he can shred on his acoustic guitar. Here he is playing with my other current favorite (and the subject of the 1st two toots in this thread) Mateo Mancuso. Two of the best guitarists on the planet playing together.
