Ramzan #Kadyrov announced a drone attack on a building in #Gudermes. This is the first drone attack on #Chechen territory.

According to the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, the drone struck an empty building on the territory of the Russian University of Special Forces. After the attack, the roof caught fire. There were no casualties or injuries.
