Saturdays are for Brisket
Woke up at 5 am to put this guy on my Member’s Mark Pellet Grill. Started at 250, wrapped with wagyu tallow at 165 internal. Cranked it up to 275 for the last few hours. Going to vacuum seal and freeze most of it for when our baby gets here. by IMainLeona
