One reason why downtown Greenville is so vibrant is parking fees. All on-street parking is free, and some of the garages are free on nights and weekends. The garages now have the first two hours free, rather than one. I know from experience how outrageous parking fees can be in big cities, such as Minneapolis and Nashville. #GreenvilleSC #GreenvilleJournal
