#spatchcocking the turkey was the right move. Sped up cooking, everything ended up moist. Made homemade #greenbeancasserole, sweet potato, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and #yorkshirepuddings. I actually got the proper pans but they didn’t rise. #bummer. Still tasted great. I’m calling it, #Thanksgiving was a win.
