On chief marshal duties at #GreatBristolRun so an early start and a jog down to collect my radio and volunteers. A hot day, and the 10k went OK but had casualties to manage during the half (so sorry if I missed anyone). Got my steps in patrolling my zone, and then jogged home again. 18.02 miles (29.01km) run in the week (not including running between casualties).
