Grande Prairie social service agency looking to delay ‘abrupt’ provincial funding cut
The Wapiti Community Support Association asked Grande Prairie city council for support Monday night, following the loss of over $1 million in provincial funding. Council directed the mayor to request a 60-day extension on the funding cut from the province.
