LumiWorx - Just Vote Dammit!We are now at the #FloodWarning stage, with minor flooding expected. The #warning is issued for a 2 day period, starting at 5AM this morning. The #GrandRiver has already produced some #road #washouts, and some have been closed before becoming impassable.
The #ThornappleRiver is also rapidly approaching #alert levels, which will widen the impact further.
Yep... still #raining regularly enough that we've reached the #FloodWatch stage, and it's currently in force for the next 2 days, i.e., there's stll more on the way and it's accumulating.
Expectations are that the #GrandRiver may crest to the 18 foot level before the alert ends. Any increase in forecasted #rain will likely mean a #FloodWarning is next, and it turns from possible minor #flooding to major levels... and washouts and bank overflows are expected.
