I ended up in an operating theatre again (nothing serious), but it does make you think… Life or death would take some strange twists and turns if I were to end up in this cemetery. But bear in mind, it’s always just around the corner !

I’m noticing how long the film lingers in my half-frame camera !

It was a concert at Bozar in Brussels, and I still remember that day because… Just before the concert, whilst in the bar, we watched on our mobiles as Wout van Aert won the 2026 Paris–Roubaix race. An unforgettable moment for a Belgian (where were you when #WoutvanAert won ?)

The exhibition was interesting, but the video of the performance was especially impressive.

I kept an eye on it a bit and saw that there was also a final performance on the last day.

I attended the event and took my #Pentax17 and Voigtländer Bessa with me... It’s always a bit tricky, of course, with limited artificial light and moving images. (My Voigtländer shots are still on the film in my camera… I wonder if they’ll have turned out all right )

It’s a bit of a new story, and yet an old one
What’s new? This is the first time I’ve used a lab other than my usual one in Ghent
(I’ve been using it my whole analogue life in Ghent)
But not so long ago, I said:
The lab in #ghent I’ve been using all my life (and get very little credit for) has had its full-frame negative scanner break down. So I’m missing my proof that I don’t crop my photos… sorry about that !!
